Sake 🍶 in Yasura-cho, Kure City
It has a moderate sweetness and acidity on the palate.
The second half is a bit dry.
Like a white wine that is not too sweet 🤔.
It had a totally different taste from the modern sweet sake we had that day 😃.
Polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol content 15 degrees
There is a facility called Greenpia Setouchi in Anura where the brewery is located, and I used to go to the swimming pool there often when I was a child and when my children were small, so I miss it.
The management has changed and is now run by Chateraise.

Shirokoh-san can be found there in Hiroshima.
Hiroshima sake doesn't have a lot of modern sweet sake, so Jay & Nobby might like it a lot 😙.

In my generation too, Yasura was known as Greenpia Yasura☺️I remember playing ground golf as a child and many other things⛳️
I've never tried Hakuhong yet, so I'd like to try it again 😄.
