Then goes the "cold chrysanthemum" Kenaiyama, which I got the other day! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was fresher than the Sharaku, and reminded me more of berries (including strawberries) and pineapple than grapes. The mouthfeel is smooth and bright. The clear, fresh sweet and sour taste and gaseous sensation is a different vector of elegance from "Sharaku". It is not too assertive, but has a clear, clean finish that makes it easy to drink ✨. It is interesting to enjoy the different worlds of the mellow and mature "Sharaku" and the fresh and light "Kangiku", even though they are both made from the same 50% polished Kenaiyama rice ✨. The Ken-Aizan duo will probably not be available together again anytime soon. We will enjoy them to the fullest!

Good evening, ma-ki-san! The fact that these two breweries are the only ones that carry Kenaiyama makes the comparison worthwhile 😋. I recommend you to compare the same sake rice. I recommend you to compare the same sake rice...!

Satou-san, good evening! It was really fortuitous that we were able to have two breweries together like this ✨. I don't see "Sharaku" aged very often, but I think it can be a constant seller since it has been refined in terms of flavor and sharpness......!
