Drinking on the 2nd day of business trip (1) in [Sake Rabbit
Second day of business trip to Osaka.
I finished a little earlier than planned, so I started to move on to a restaurant I was interested in and a repeat of a restaurant I had been to previously 🚃.
First, I went to "Sake Usagi" located in Senba Center Building (a.k.a. Senbiru) 🚶.
I was curious to see what kind of place it is that organizes various sake events around the Kansai region 😁.
I walked from Hommachi Station because of the transfer, but I started walking in a different direction and when I got to the restaurant, I realized that I could have walked all the way inside Senbiru and sweated for nothing 💦.
Looking over the menu, I found a variety of tempting sakes ✨I chose a light one to start off with and then I had a glass of this one 🍶.
Koueikiku Anastasia Green.
Anastasia Green! I hadn't had it yet 🌿.
It has a cool, slightly sweet rice aroma, a clean, grapefruit-like sweetness, and a refreshing finish with a citrusy aroma that lingers on the palate.
It has a different grapefruitiness from "Snow Crescent," which is also delicious 😋.

Hi Jive, good evening.
Thank you for your business trip schedule ✨
I've been curious about Kouei Kiku since I've seen it on Sakegawa, and now that I see that it's citrusy sweet, I want to drink it more and more 🎵.
You know a lot of stores well. ⤴️

Hi Jive 🐦.
I see you went to Sake Usagi 😻 I was hoping to visit the store since I didn't have enough extra energy to make it to the Takashimaya tasting 😻
You have so many kinds of sake 😳

Hello again, ma-ki-chan!
I heard that Kouei Kiku has revived its once-closed brewery, and it has become very popular in the last few years 😁.
Personally, I'm a big fan of "Snow Crescent" so please give it a try ✨.

Hello again, Pon-chan!
I wondered what kind of store you were working on since you are involved in various events, but I felt like I could enjoy the store in a small and relaxing way 😁.
The underground restaurant in Senbiru was also busy and seemed to be having fun 🤣.
