It's the time of year for new sake, but I'm in trouble.
In the midst of all this, there is a drinking party at a venue where you are free to bring your own sake!
Let's bring our own sake as well as proselytize about sake 🍶.
So I secretly brought two four-packs of sake and served them to everyone.
Here is the first bottle.
The first bottle was a special Junmai Shiboritate Nama from Yamaguchi Shuzo Brewery in Fukuoka.
The exterior is clear crystal.
The aroma is like freshly pounded rice cake, with melon and blue banana notes blended in with the rice aroma.
The taste has a youthful touch as if it were freshly squeezed, but it is smooth and has no sharp edges.
It is fresh with a hint of sweetness and umami from the rice, and it finishes crisply with a gentle acidity.
It combines the freshness of new sake with the rice flavor and feel of special junmai, and is delicious with just the right balance 😊.
It was very well received by all the participants 😁.
I hope this will get some people interested in sake 😄.
