I think I bought this at Shinanoya in Suwa City around June 😅💦.
The aroma is a nice unfiltered raw sake-like aroma☀️ and in the mouth it tastes mild and full 😚 with a slight carbonation feeling🐜🙆♀️ fresh and soft on the palate👍Good balance of sweetness and light acidity👍🌟
Mikotsuru is still a delicious sake 😍💕︎

Shinanoya is a nice liquor store ✨It is a magnificent building with an elaborate interior and I couldn't help but take a picture 🤭They also have a good selection of Suwa sake 😊👍.

The Mikotsuru brewery is beautiful, but Shinanoya is also a beautiful building and seems to have good quality control of their sake ✨They close at 5pm when I was there, so I couldn't stop by after work on weekdays 😭I'll take my time on weekends
