Both are pretty dry and honestly not my favorite 😅 if anything the gold course is easier to drink and runs out quicker!
The secret course is a bit more advanced for me 😅.
The rice for the secret course is Hitogokochi + Miyamanishiki = aka Hitobi
Gold course is Hitogochiki + Kinmon Nishiki = aka Hitokin 😆.
I don't know what they call it 🤣.
