You're No. 1.
I was blown away by the taste of this bottle when I drank it for the first time the year before last.
Since then, it's a must-buy bottle for me every year. ✌️✌️
It has a fruity aroma, just a little bit of chili, and a nice mouthfeel.
The sweetness is felt for a moment, and then the umami that spreads afterwards is thick.
At the end of drinking, the spiciness and rum raisin-like aroma that is typical of matured sake remain.
Everything I look for in a sake at a high level 😆💯.

Hello, Chanmaya P.
I have yet to find this sake that Chanmaya P. told me about 😭.
I'm looking forward to enjoying the sake life so that I can find it someday 🎵.

ma-ki-, I always buy Chokyu at the liquor store in the basement of Tokyo station, but I guess you don't live in Tokyo, ma-ki-...?

Chanmaya P., you are getting it in Tokyo. ⤴️
Yes, I am in Osaka. I live in Osaka.
If I get a chance to visit Tokyo, I'll look for an underground liquor store 😊.

ma-ki-, it is a liquor store named Liquors Hasegawa (different from the famous Hasegawa liquor store w), if you have a chance 😄.
The selection is austere, so it's very useful!

Good morning, Chanmaya P. 😊
I was so curious about the red chokyu in this post that I bought it online.
It was very tasty! Your review of the taste was so accurate and so true! I enjoyed it so much that I kept muttering to myself, "It's so good!

Thanks for taking the time to contact me, tsutsumitate-san 😄.
This is really delicious!
Chokyu has an interesting taste that varies quite a bit from label to label, but I think this red Bizen Omachi is by far the best of the bunch.
