This time, it's a draft of Kouzen Nyosui.
I was shopping at a fair for Kouzen Nyosui, and was attracted by the cool cloisonne pattern of this unpasteurized sake. I was attracted by the cool cloisonné pattern on the sake, so I brought it home with me.
I had it at a temperature range from cold to room temperature and back.
I brought home a bottle of sake that was sold in the fridge and opened it because I couldn't wait for it to be chilled again😅.
The first aroma is that of gentle young bamboo.
The gentle mouthfeel is followed by a smooth flow of fresh rice sweetness and umami, and then a distinct bitterness that is sharp and sharp.
The umami of the rice can be felt well.
A good balance of drinkability and fresh dryness 😊.
Isn't the Kamigata Sake World glass from the other day a good match for Kamizenjosui Namaishu?

Good evening, Hirupeco 😃.
I used to drink it a lot, but I haven't had it for a while 🤔I saw your review of it and it made me want to drink it again after a long time 😋! I used to drink it a lot but haven't had it for a while 🤔I haven't had it in a while after reading your review 😋.
The pattern on the label and the glass look like a set 😄.
