The aroma is a softly spreading muscat and pear nuance.
The taste is melon-like fresh sweetness. The finish is crisp and refreshing with a hint of acidity. You can drink it in large gulps.
Mmmm...mmmm! It's so good! The balance of sweetness, umami, and freshness is genius! This is my favorite summer sake so far.
On the back of the label, there was a lineup of summer sushi (my photographic skills are not very good, so the image is blurry...). I love this kind of playfulness. I wonder if the next sake will be an autumn one. I am looking forward to it again.

Here are some extras.
Every time, I worry that Mr. Hitakami's cosmetics are too expensive. The price is so reasonable for a junmai-daiginjo-class rice polished to 50%...I am sure there would be many customers even if the price were set more aggressively.
I may have spoken from a superior point of view, but as a humble consumer, I can only purchase it with gratitude. I am grateful to you. I really can't raise my head enough. I will continue to support you.
