ほぼ無色透明。穀類を思わせるふくよかな香り。干し椎茸を思わせるやや熟成感のある香り。香りの強さは中程度。まろやかな口当たり。やがて、しっかりめの渋味と旨味で満たされる。ミルクキャラメルを思わせる含み香を残すやや長めの余韻。醇酒。
