I like to drink only nigori sake these days 😆.
I spotted the word nigori through the glass of a refrigerator at a liquor store,
I immediately picked it up and took a closer look.
It was from the Shirafuji Sake Brewery in Okunoto, Japan 😲.
That's a must buy 🎶.
I went straight to the cash register 😆.
The bottle smells great right after opening 🍈 like melon🍈 ❣️
It has really fine bubbles and just the right amount of gas that doesn't interfere with the turbidity 🎶.
Slightly sweet on the palate, yet refreshing on the finish.
Great balance indeed ❕.
Normally, I prefer a slightly sweeter sake,
but this balance is exquisite and too good 😆 I can't stop drinking 😂.

I'm pretty much the same way when it comes to nigori lovers,
I get the urge to drink it at least once.
That's why sometimes I don't look too closely at the liquor cabinet
because I might buy it 😅.
