Shinkame is acquired. Moreover, it is a spring draft sake.
It is a dry sake that can be served cold, but has a freshness and sharpness in the aftertaste that is only possible with nama-shu.
It has a freshness and sharpness in the aftertaste that can only be achieved with nama-zake. Delicious.
And speaking of Shinkame, it should be heated.
When served hot, it has a gentle dryness.
It is not harsh or alcoholic, so it is well-balanced and easy to drink.
It can be served both cold and hot as an in-between-dinner drink.
A classic tasting sake is also good.
