Junmai Ginjo-shu with a milling ratio of 50% for koji rice and 65% for kake rice Tenmei's "Nakadori" series is a series of sake from No. 0 to No. 5, and one bottle is released almost every month during the sake brewing season. The concept of "Nakadori No. 2," the third in the series, is "dry and light" and "our beauty. The concept of "Nakadori No. 2" is "Dry & Light" and "Our Beauty." It aims to be dry yet flavorful and not tiring to drink even if it is a pure sake, and it is a sake that has been prepared in every possible and most powerful way to accompany and add to food in the best possible way to achieve the best and most beautiful sake. We opened the bottle on Christmas Eve, and it has a nice orikara (a hint of a hint of a hint of something else) when poured into a glass, with lots of atmosphere. The aroma is sweet and fluffy, with a fruity smell reminiscent of melon. The first impression is that it is "dry and light. Sweetness and acidity are soft and light. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter and full, but it is also soft and light. This is delicious! My favorite level (self-assessment) ★★★★★★★★☆☆☆
