Takacho is so sweet!
What an aromatic flavor this has too.... The ginjo aroma tickles the nostrils.
Compared to the earlier 59Takachiyo CHAPTER EIGHT, it's better than the "sourness", or how can I say it ...... sweet!
This is the kind of wine that surprises you when you taste it without being told anything about it. It is even more interesting because the first "Takachiyo" I drank to compare the two was very spicy!

I heard that hiragana takachiyos are mostly sweet and kanji ones are mostly dry, and katakana is made for overseas ☺️.
