I'm going to leave space for my luggage when I go on a business trip. I never know what kind of people I will meet. This time, I didn't have much time, so my last resort is Tokyo Eki-naka, Hasegawa-san. This is here, and it is a sight for sore eyes, but this time it is here. The only Hakurakusei sake in limited supply, I was lucky to come across it.
I was lucky to find it! I was impressed.
The aroma is said to be of pears, but I couldn't quite make it out, maybe bananas? It has a faintly nice aroma. When paired with sashimi, it has a slightly sweet flavor, and when paired with fruit, it has an interesting bitterness.
It is light and easy to drink.
