I was looking forward to coming to Iwate and found the matsutake mushrooms from Iwate🍄🟫 finally found some reasonably priced ones at a produce shop‼️I'll have a bowl of this today🍶😁.
The nose has some acidity and alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth with a hint of sweetness from the rice, and the taste is full and full with a good acidity.
I immediately paired it with grilled matsutake mushrooms. The crispy texture of the fibers and the unique aroma of matsutake mushrooms that escapes through the nose, as well as the sweetness. The matsutake mushrooms themselves were also more flavorful. Best with ‼️ and my new favorite salt made in Noda village in Iwate: ❗️☺️
