奥丹波木札 純米吟醸 21BY
まつちよ
This is a 21BY wooden tag from Okutanba 🍶.
When I arrived at the store, it was already stripped and in the state shown in the photo on the left, but it seems to be sold wrapped in the paper in the photo on the right.
Sake wrapped in newspaper or paper looks delicious 🤤.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a mild umami.
You wouldn't even know it was 21BY unless you were told. It was quite a tasty sake. ✨️

Good evening, Ms. Matsuchiyo.
Wooden tags are so popular in Kansai that some stores sign up for them by reservation 😊.
I would buy it if it was 4gou but it's only for 1gou 🤔.

Good morning bouken🌞.
I didn't know it was that popular.
At first I thought it was Ozeki's spicy tamba that was available at the izakaya😅.

I think it is quite common to mistake it for spicy tamba😅.
