Rice used: Hitogochi, 100% Yaehara rice from Tomi-city, Nagano, Japan
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15%.
This sake is from the refrigerator at home because of the sake from Ueda. It was purchased at Mizukami-san, I believe.
It is a well-balanced sake, not too light and gaseous.
We had Rokubun Sen last year and I can't believe this is the second season.
One more thing to look forward to 😉.

I bought a bottle of Hitogokochi that wasn't cloudy and drank it myself 😊It tasted like the sake from Nagano that I've been enjoying lately, really delicious 😋 There were many other different rice varieties 🐜.
