I had a niji from Tedorigawa today 😋I think I had it more than 10 years ago🤔.
The aroma is mild and not too much 😀The color is light amber 😘The mouthfeel is soft, beautiful umami and sweetness of rice🌾😊The acidity comes slowly 😚It will be a slightly dry and crisp sake 🥳.
The 4th one is a photo I took yesterday when I went to Kenrokuen Garden for a walk 😙The leaves are turning 🍁🍂 in some parts? I wonder if the best time to see the leaves will be a little bit later 😅.

Kenrokuen Garden is a beautiful garden 🍁The leaves are getting later and later each year, but I would like to see them when they turn bright red 😊.
The label on the Tedorigawa River also gives a nice soft feel to the landscape✨.
