The name "Tamitsu" comes from the Tamitsu River that runs near the brewery.
100% Bizen Omachi from Okayama Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15%.
Sake meter - Acidity
After opening the bottle, the aroma is beautiful rather than gorgeous, and it does not have an assertive aroma like banana or melon, which is typical of ginjo aromas.
Yes, it is nice.
When you put it in your mouth, you feel a clear sweetness at first.
The aroma that passes through the nose is also clear and clean, with almost no harshness.
The moderate spiciness that comes after it goes down the throat! It's quite tasty! I think many of the other reviews I've read say it's sweet, but my impression is that it has a slightly spicy aftertaste, and it's a very elegant slightly spicy one.
