I opened a bottle of this one 💁♂️ because I'm having a fish-centric snack today 😁.
Let's start with the nose. The aroma is faintly reminiscent of banana🍌. I think I can also smell some cemedine. When you put it in your mouth, it is richer than you expect, with a banana-like sweetness and a refreshing feeling at the end. When you drink it in a glass, you can taste more acidity and a crisp aftertaste. The taste is totally different depending on the vessel 😳
With Yoshitsugu Open Fish (🐟). The combination of the fatty Yoshitsugu and this sake gives it a subtle sweetness and umami flavor. Nice 👍.

Jay & Nobby-san It seems that Kichiji is the official name. The typical name seems to be "Kinki". I didn't know that 😳It seems there are many different ways to call it depending on where you are 😁.
