This is my first time to try Wakanami. I was actually thinking of Junmai or Honjozo, but since it is a limited edition Omachi, I decided to go with this one. The sake was highly rated in the reviews, so I opened the bottle with high expectations.
The aroma is apple-like. The gasiness is moderate, and the sweetness and umami spread in the mouth, soon followed by the acidity and then the bitterness. The flavors change in an order that is easy to understand 😊It's good 😋It was especially noticeable on the first day.
On this day, my daughter and I went to the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation to see the special exhibition 🚀I took the 4th picture of Mr. Maezawa's autograph and offerings 🪐I thought I knew it, but the universe is so big 😳.
