Mr. Yasube. I don't think there is much difference. I was in Osaka and Kyoto for two days, and on both days, the restaurant served "obanzai" snacks made mainly from Kyoto vegetables, so the sake selection was comparatively centered on sake from Fushimi, Kyoto.

Personally, I feel that Kansai has many small restaurants with an unpretentious and frank atmosphere and a good selection of sake.
