Adjunct time after dinner with in-laws (1)
After the dinner party, we had to change trains, and being at Fukui station at 7:30 p.m. means we are going to drink more 🤣.
So, if you're going to drink in front of the station, you have to stop by Shima & Coffee & Sake first 🥰.
After saying hello, I looked in the cellar to see what to drink and found a bottle sitting in front of me with a sense of déjà vu, so I started with this one 🍶.
Yamagata Masamune Summer Junmai.
The aroma is a bit tangy and sweet, and the taste is soft and crisp like pears, followed by bitterness and a soft fruity aftertaste.
As a matter of fact, the T-shirt I was wearing that day was a "Yamagata Masamune" from the "Sake Collection" I bought at UNIQLO, which was immediately pointed out to me by the master, Mr. Shima.
