Off-line meeting of Sake-no-wa Kansai Branch @ Sake Hall Masuya The last drink of the first meeting was sogape. No.6 yeast Nama yeast Miyamanishiki I can't help but think of the blue one that is no longer around. I can't help comparing them. Both are delicious, but I miss the blue one that I can't buy anymore 😢. I see that the magnum bottles are screw instead of cork. I wish they'd make the 4-gallon screw too for storage reasons 🙄.

Thanks for the first round of reviews, bouken😊. I just realized that the yeast, rice and method of making the blue thing is the same as the blue thing 🥹the flavor is totally different 😅.

Pon-chan, I've been posting a lot 😅I know Shinsei is different because it's a wooden vat, but I wonder if the climate and climate also make the taste different 🤔.
