soumacho
This is another brand of Kamosho Sake Brewery, the same as Hanatori Suehiro that we drank the other day.
This is a new brand that the brewer himself started in 2023.
Polishing ratio 50%.
100% HyogoSake85 from Hyogo Prefecture
Alcohol content 16
HyogoSake85 is a rice variety developed by Hyogo Prefecture for use in brewing products for export overseas.
It is said to be a platinum award-winning sake at KuraMaster2025, and has won awards at competitions held in France 🇫🇷.
The aroma is fruity and the taste is fruity and sweet. It is full and juicy with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
It's so delicious ✨.
I had steak on rice and chilled tofu to go with it, and it was good with the meat.
It's great with meat, but I'd rather drink it by itself 😙.
If Hanatori Suehiro is a traditional sake, Kamiike is a sweet and juicy sake that I like.
I will buy it again when I go back to Tamba 😄.

Good morning, soumacho 😃.
It has a nice atmosphere and classic look, but it's sweet and juicy 😋 I'd like to try it!
Something like the Tochigi sake we recently drank and the label has a similar vibe 😊I'm going to raise it tomorrow!

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
It's not what it looks like, it's gorgeous and rather modern.
And yes, it's delicious😇.
Tochigi sake, looking forward to seeing what you have up 😁.

Hi soumacho 🐦.
I've been curious about it because 😻bouken-san often drinks it, but as you say, it's rare and I've never seen it even though I'm in Kansai💦I'll definitely see it when I go to Tamba😊.

Hi Pon 😃
I saw bouken's post too and I would love to try the nama sake as it was quite spectacular and tasty even when fired ✨.
I think you've found a great sake 😊.
