Today I received a lucky phone call from a liquor store that I often visit 😀.
This store has a lottery for selling Jigin on an irregular basis, and for the first time, I won the lottery and was able to get a bottle of Jigin.
So today, while the sun was still high in the sky, we compared the first Jikin and the Sengoku Aki-agari, which was opened a few days ago, at our house 😀.
It was a luxurious comparison with the gorgeousness of the Sengoku and the deep flavor of the Jikin 😀.
Since I started Sake-no-wa, I have been able to drink sake that I had wanted to drink but couldn't before, and I am thankful for that 😀.
