(*^o^*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Drink and cheer 📣✊! We had our first sake from Hiyoshi Sake Brewery in Kawai-cho, Wajima, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀. The aroma is gentle 😊The mouthfeel is pleasant and you can taste the flavor of the rice 😚It is said to be light and dry, but I didn't feel it was dry 🤔There is a slight acid bitterness at the end and it has a sharp taste 😋. It's a delicious sake with a round mouthfeel that you can enjoy and not get tired of drinking 🥳✨.
