I used to drink it outside, but I bought it when I heard that it was now raw instead of fire-roasted. I went to several liquor stores and bought several bottles of sake for nothing 🤣.
I bought it at Suzuran Yoshida Shoten in front of Suzurandai station.
The brands they carry include Oze no Yukidoke, Miyako Bijin, Zuikan, Tadai, Senzuke, Rairaku, Enayama, Mansaku no Hana, Yamazaru, Tamagawa, Takezumi, Kinshi-Morinori, and various other sake from the Meimon Shukai. A rare combination of a liquor store and a cosmetics store.
Slightly peculiar but very sweet and sour. It has a light gaseous taste. It is easy to drink with low alcohol content. If you don't mind the general Yamahai, I think you'll be fine.
The taste is a good fusion of modern drinkability and classicism, and it also has a perverted sake-like flavor. It is a sake that is bursting with individuality.
The low-alcoholic drinkability is a bit like Shinmasa.
It tastes like Mai-bijin. The name is also a bit similar.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee!
I don't like to ride the Shintetsu as much as possible because of the high fare, but I couldn't buy it after going to several liquor stores 😅 I got stubborn.
