I like this sake.
I tasted Mikotsuru's Gohyakumangoku and enjoyed it.
I had never tried Miyamanishiki sake, so I bought this one.
It has a refreshing ginjo aroma and a sweet but clean taste.
After the second day, the sweetness increased, but it was cut off easily.
It is a delicious sake.
The Miyamanishiki flavor does not get in the way, so it could be paired with a variety of foods.
It also went well with sashimi konnyaku 😉.
