I went to Nagashima for a visit.
I did my homework and got this at a nearby liquor store!
It's from "Saku" 😊.
It's hard to find in Hokuriku, so I'm very happy 😆.
I'm so happy 😆.
And the taste is a mystery to me!
(In a good way!!!)
Why is it so fresh even though it's fire-roasted? ⁉️
It's gorgeous on the palate!
It's more floral than fruity.
It fits the taste.
Why does it taste so rich for a junmai daiginjo? ⁉️
When you say "50% polished rice ratio", if it is not a pure sake, you may think it is lighter.
I imagine it to be much lighter than it is.
but this one has a robust flavor!
It is rich! It's delicious!
The label is stylish and great 😚.
If it was fire-brewed, I would have let it sit a little longer.
I'm glad I let it sit a little longer if it was fire-brewed.

Mr. Uta.
Good evening...
It's amazing that Saku-sama can brew fresh sake like nama-sake even though there is no nama-sake!
It's not easy to get it though 😁.

Good evening, Uta-san😄.
I think this season's new sake from Saku is the best ever 😊💕.
The aroma and flavor of the sake is so fresh and raw, even though it is fire-aged 😍.
