Masaaki Sapporo

Ingredients: Domestic rice
Rice Polishing Ratio: Not disclosed
Sake meter: +8
Acidity: 1.4
Amino acidity: 1.0
Alcohol percentage: 14
Sake store: Senmaru (Sapporo, Japan)
Slightly topped with rice and alcohol
The aroma is apple-like at the back of the nose, and the mild umami of rice and moderate sweetness spreads softly with a fine acidity, and then it is quickly quenched by the spiciness and mild bitterness of the alcohol.
From the beginning to the end, the main flavor is the umami of rice, and it is not particularly exciting, but rather refreshing. It is better suited as an in-between-dinner drink than as a stand-alone sake.
Goes well with beef tataki.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 😀
What a wonderful picture of deer jumping in the snowy landscape of Hokkaido in winter with the autumn leaves of Osaka😇.
I always think you have a good choice of location and composition for your photos 😀.

Good morning, Yasube! Thank you 📷It's nice to be anywhere in Hokkaido in winter: ⛄️ It might be too cold for the deer there 😅.
