National Sake Fair 2025①
Yamaguchi Prefecture①
The Sake Fair held in Kanto and the Shochu-Awamori Fair held in Kyushu were combined into one and held in Osaka in conjunction with the Expo!
The event that I had envied when I saw the postings of people from Kanto was finally in Kansai!
But... I don't think it will be held in Osaka, or at least, I think it will be the only time... 💦I heard that the tickets were sold out...
This time, I participated in the event with Umaumai Umaumai and Nemuchi!
Uma-Uma and Nemuchi were going to be the first to arrive at the event, but they were the first to arrive 😳.
It was a miracle that the entrance to the venue was right in front of the bus stop where he got off 🤣.
The management had a situation that they showed us the wrong opening time and we were let out and had to get back in line 😅.
Let's start with the Yamaguchi booth!
I suggested that we start from Yamaguchi prefecture because they have a golden sparrow 😁.
Horie Brewery in Iwakuni City!
Polishing ratio 48%, 100% organic Yamadanishiki
Alcohol 16%, price 5500 yen
The first certified organic sake in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
It has a pineapple and fruity taste that is typical of Kinjaku!
More beautiful than Junmai Ginjo, but not light and drinkable.

Hi bouken 😀
I was there the following Sunday so I'm sorry we didn't meet 😅.
I had decided to go to Kinjaku first with Kaorin in my prior research, and it was my favorite sake among all the ones we drank this time😇.

Good evening, Pon-chan.
I'm sorry to pollute your TL with another series of posts 🙏.
It's been a while since I had a drink at Kinjaku 😋.
I have 2 days this time, so it's going to be a very long day 💦.
