Every year at this time I work with plums☺️. I pickled 2 bottles this year too. Of course, we used Tomikunishiki sake. It has a refreshing taste and basic shape. This year's plums were starting to ripen, so it looks like it will be a good color.

Good evening, Tsuyodai! A tip on how to store them...we keep them in a shadowy, airy place in our room. I really prefer a cool and dark place, but it's not easy to find one in my apartment, so I keep them in a cool place. It is room temperature.
