It is a souvenir from Tokyo the other day.
The color is a light yellow.
The aroma of rice is rich and fragrant. Mushroom, chocolate, and buttery richness.
First at room temperature.
From the smooth mouthfeel, the full-bodied flavor and mild acidity that has matured flow smoothly and thickly.
The bitter bitterness that gradually takes effect in the latter half is also good, and the bittersweet finish from this thick, umami sweet flavor invites you to have another cup.

The sourness of the aroma is more pronounced, and it is easy to drink. It's also great warmed up!
It's also good to warm it up quickly or stop it just before it gets too hot. ♨️🍶
The previous generation was actually against the introduction of Yamahai Black, but after many years of persuasion by the master brewer, it was finally approved.
I am happy to take this sake as a souvenir and drink it at home slowly!
