I went to Kawagoe on a weekday holiday.
Shopping for sake.
First, we went to Matsuzaki's sake shop.
Then, it expands to the other side of the station, and Koedo Kurari.
There is a sake corner like the Saitama version of Niigata's Ponshukan.
We got several kinds of Saitama sake.
Lunch at the restaurant, today's lunch is Ankou-nabe, and I added Kawagoe's colander tofu to it because I thought it was not so related to Saitama.
New sake of Kagamiyama.
We drank it last season, but the aroma is fresh and floral.
At the base is the flavor of rice. It has a sharpness, so it is not dull.
After all, Kagamiyama is very good.
I don't think it will become a premier sake, but I think it is a good sake to be known by sake fans as a good sake.

I always buy Tsuru no Tomo 😅.
