Tamitsu is one of the number 3 sake that got me into sake!
I haven't had it recently, so the taste reminds me of how good it tasted the first time I had it 😁👌👌.
Even with the different sake rice, it has the characteristic taste of Tamitsu!
Indescribable ripe aroma, fruity, sweet, a bit bitter 🤭.
With a glass of Kiyomizu ware I bought the other day 😁😁.
Tomorrow it will taste a little sweeter to my liking 😁.
