Gagakuyo (I can't read "Utashiro" 🫣), purchased at Kadoya-san.
We hope to create a memorable and enjoyable time for everyone." (quoted from the official website)
An inexperienced trading company man in the industry inherited the brewery through M&A, a dynamic that I do not have 😂.
My impression is that it has a refreshing taste and a little bitterness rather than fruit sweetness.
The bitterness is reduced in the latter half of the bottle, and the sweetness appears in a flash.
If you drink it by itself, the bitterness is too strong, so it would be better to pair it with dishes with strong flavors🎶.
So I had it with meat tofu from the second day!
Thank you for the treat 🙏.

Good morning, Ofuji-san.
Masayo-san's Gekka is delicious. ⤴️
I also had it last year🎵
I'm recalling that it had a strong bitter taste 🤤.
Sake pairings are also good 😊.

Good evening, ma-ki-.
I see you read this as masayo 🫢.
(They know I'm uneducated! 💦)
It had quite a bit of bitterness - it was fun to think about how to pair it with rice 😆.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌙
I made a mistake, I'm embarrassed 🫣.
The drink itself was interesting because I've never had a similar type of drink 🎶.
