Urasato light nigori, which we have been waiting for this year!
The aroma is sweet rice and pear.
When you take a sip, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and pear! The sweet pear comes with a slightly thickened mouthfeel, but it ends up relatively dry and tight.
After a few days, the slightly mucky feeling disappears, and the rice and pear become mildly and refreshingly slightly carbonated. I think I prefer it this way!
I wonder if the 2nd will be a little less sweet after the first of the year? Looking forward to that one too✨
