Long time no summer sake at Yamori.
The bottle is refreshing and makes me want to drink.
The bottle is opened and the first sip is a tingling, slightly effervescent, sweet sake,
The sweetness spreads with a slight bubbling.
The impression is not too sweet, but light.
The refreshing feeling is like that of a Ramune, and the drink goes down smoothly. Delicious.
This taste of pure rice can be attributed to the fact that it is directly pumped.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own.
