First Chibijin, first Oita Prefecture sake🍶.
Finally, my 45th prefecture. I wanted to drink the pink-labeled Junmai-shu, the representative sake, but I rarely come across it, so here it is. It is a raw aged junmai sake. It looks good from the outside ☺️ It has a pronounced umami and acidity, but is also sweet, sharp, and gassy 😋 It's good on its own, but also goes well with fried chicken. Personally, I think it is similar to Nabeshima 🧐.
Yesterday my wife and I went to Ueno to visit the Museum of Western Art and Seiyoken. Yesterday we had a good day off, seeing paintings for free and tucking into omelette hash for the first time in a long time☺️🙆
