We had a special Honjozo of Amano with warmed sake. Oh, it has a nice flavor with a low sweetness. The aftertaste is nice and clean, not sticky. The slight sweetness is also to my liking. Takahara Shoten had a lot of good brands for heating sake. I had a hard time deciding which one to try, but in the end I settled on Tensei, but I'm sure I'll have a hard time deciding next time, too.

I drank too much of Fudoro because it was so delicious. I learned about Takahara Shoten last summer, and they have been a great help to me.
