Limited edition raw sake purchased on an adult school trip in Hokkaido ✨.
Chitose Tsuru was recommended to me at a liquor store in Gifu and I fell in love with it 😘.
I went there because it is the only brewery in Sapporo 😊.
The limited draft sake is now on tap!
While it has the sweetness and umami of rice,
It is easy to drink with a refreshing acidity.
Perfect as a food sake ✨.
