HIROKI Special Junmai
Izakaya (Japanese-style pub) we went to after Nihon Shu-Tsubaki
This was also the first time I encountered Tobiroki😍.
Rice used: Yamadanishiki 50% Koji rice
Kake rice: 55% Gohyakumangoku
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 16%.
Sake meter degree: +3 Acidity: 1.5 (reference)
The aroma is not so strong.
Maybe because it was after Hanaohyokko 🤔I should have drunk it first 😁.
Unlike Hanaohyokko, I have the impression that this sake is quite mild! But that doesn't mean it doesn't have any characteristics, it has a good balance and I think it is one of the best sake among the premier sake to be served with food.
Delicious!

Good evening, Mr. Kozou😄
Tobiroki Tokujun is great when paired with hot pot 😆👍It opens up the flavors so much🤗.
If you drink at home, please do 😉👍👍

Tsubu-chan.
Good evening... thanks for all your comments 🥰.
Oh! A hot pot...! It surely goes well with it!
I think it might taste better cold (room temperature) instead of cold sake...

Tobiroki is high on my ranking and I'm curious about it but there's no way to get it 😅 but I guess it's a little different from my taste 🙄...

Good evening.
Tobiroki is almost unheard of 💦It was sold in a combination at the Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop, but I gave it up when I saw the price 😰.
Might be good to try it at room temperature and warmed 🤔.
