Today is a fine day in Fukui! So, we will have spring sake from Tsunezan!
The spring and fall seasonal sake comes from "Eika Gingetsu," which means to love the season and enjoy it honestly, which is wonderful! Gingetsu is also very tasty!
The sake rice is Sakahomare! It is a variety characterized by its elegant sweetness!
Aroma like melon or peach when you drink it. The chili flavor supports the sweetness and is delicious!
This spring sake is a perfect match for the cherry blossoms along the Ashiba River (and the sake brewery is close by)! (And it's close to a sake brewery.)
p.s. Maybe it's because Tsuneyama's reputation for seasonal sake has grown this year, but the larger liquor stores were out of stock, so I had to make the rounds of the liquor stores to get my hands on some!

Good evening, Termat-san.
I went on a trip to Fukui the other day and loved the cherry blossoms of the Ashiba River in full bloom🌸.
This time I drank sake in the city, but if I have the chance to go back, I would love to enjoy Fukui's spring sake while admiring the cherry blossoms along the Ashiba River 😊.

Good evening, Maa-san! I was looking forward to seeing how you enjoyed your trip to Fukui! Various breweries are offering spring sake, so it would be fun to have a hanami banquet! Please come back to Fukui where you can enjoy seasonal sake while viewing the ocean in the summer, rice fields in the fall, and snow in the winter!

Good evening, Termat-san 🌛.
Hanami-sake at "Tsuneyama" while viewing the cherry blossoms at Asaba Kawahara...very intoxicating🌸🍶.
I was going to do some hanami-sake myself, but the timing wasn't right, so I'll complement it with Termat's photos ✨.

Good evening, Mr. Jive!
The cherry blossoms along the Ashiba River are wonderful! I got to spend time with my guess sake, so it's eating into my life's best hanami sake 😳.
