Hello! (≧▽≦)
Yesterday, we went out for dinner at Sushi Kagura in Morioka Station.
I heard that it was very crowded during GW, but yesterday it was early in the day, so we were the only couple there👍.
We ordered sushi and decided what to drink.
So we chose Atago no Matsu.
It's been a while! (I'm sorry to hear about your decision.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma.
It has a sweet and gorgeous taste when you take a sip.
Wow, it's delicious!
Surprisingly, there were no customers, so I had a short conversation with the manager.
He was from Chiba and used to work in Tokyo.
He was about to open a restaurant and moved to Morioka 30 years ago for his wife's reasons.
He worked at a sushi restaurant in Kawatooka and then went independent.
He ran a restaurant in a residential area for a long time, but for various reasons he closed the restaurant, and now he is the manager of "Sushi Kagura" as requested.
The owner told him, "You can do whatever you want," and he has allowed him to use the name of the restaurant as it was in the past.
We were happy with the delicious sushi and delicious sake made with local Iwate ingredients and prepared in the Edo style.
It was delicious! (≧▽≦)

Hello, Wakata-san! (≧▽≦)
No, I hadn't had it in a while, and I thought it was delicious again.
It was a perfect match with sushi, and I was able to finish a whole bottle in no time (laughs)!

Tomoyuki Kumagai Good evening (^o^) Atago pine and sushi! I have never tried it, but it definitely sounds like a good match. I'm sure it tastes even better when you dine while talking with the owner. You had a good time!
