I had not drunk Kaygetsu at home for a long time because of all the tastings, so I bought it at Hamadaya, which I had not visited for a long time.
I haven't drank at home since CEL24 in 2019.
It has a slight fruity sweetness and acidity. I thought it would be more sweet and tasty, but it's a refreshingly mild mid-meal type.
I feel like the summer raw sake was sweeter than the same Gin-no-mu 🤔.
Personally, I think it's a little too light and not enough...
I got the impression it was a fruity, light and dry sake.
It's sweeter and juicier at a higher temperature.
When I drink it again, it's not so light and not so dry, but it's not too sweet.

Good evening, Mr. Bouken.
I had an image that Kaygetsu was sweet, though not as sweet as Kameizumi, but I see there are some that are not so sweet. The liquor store I often go to sells Kaygetsu, so I'll try something next time 😌.

Hello, I'm a freelancer.
Kameizumi is also dry except for the CEL, but I felt it was less sweet than that 😅.
It's not spicier than Tosatsuru or Drunken Whale, so I guess it's sweeter among Kochi sake 🤔.
