Saijo Sake Festival 2024!
We had a sake comparison at the Hakubotan brewery.
This is Junmai Daiginjo with 2021 yeast.
It was a cup with a characteristic fruity acidity.
It is a very modern sake from Saijo.
It has a sweet and sour taste and is mild and easy to drink.
It was very easy to drink.
Today, we visited four sake breweries in Saijo,
I compared two kinds of sake at each of them,
This one was my favorite and tasted the best.

I see you went to the Saijo Sake Festival ❗️ I went there myself 😄 It was great, sunny for two days. It was so crowded that I could only look at the White Peony Coco from the outside, so I enjoyed looking at the pictures again 😆.
