Masaaki Sapporo
9 points (Wife: 8.5 points)
Raw material rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Ishikawa
Polishing ratio: 45
Sake meter: -1
Acidity: 1.7
Fermentation: Giovanni's Sake
Degree of alcohol content: 15% (Unpasteurized)
Store: Jishu No Yunshuya (Kiyota-ku, Sapporo)
Shupon when opened
Moderate gassiness
Slight melon and grape-like overtones
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, the aroma of rice malt, the full flavor and sweetness of rice, and the subtle gasiness and fine acidity spread out with a whiff of gas and fine acidity.
It has a good balance of richness, sweetness and umami, and finishes gently, leaving a pleasant aftertaste in the second half. It is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own.
It goes well with snow crab (from Kushiro), which was extremely inexpensive for its size, fried chicken from Nakasatsunai, and fried white meat.
It also went well with aqua pazza using anglerfish.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 😃
This looks like a delicious review😊There are so many different kinds of purple space, it's hard to decide which one to drink 🤗.
But a big snow crab 🦀 for less than 1000 yen 😳I'm jealous 😋.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌛The purple space was delicious, but it's rare to find a Hokkaido snow crab of this size for 980 yen even here 😅The meat and crab miso was normally packed and delicious 😋.
