A few days after Hato Masamune held a tasting event at Tokyo Station, I went to check it out and found the last bottle of raw sake! I immediately picked it up and brought it home.
So, here we go! The aroma is mild, with a hint of sweetness from the rice. The mouthfeel is soft, but more than that, it is very silky. The taste has a fresh sweetness that is typical of nama-shu, but it is milky and has a strong chemical sweetness, like that of apricot curd. It has a nice sharpness and is not tiring. Thank you again for this evening!

Hello Uppion🌞.
I actually bought one too when the Dove salesman was here.
It seems to be highly rated so I'm a little excited 😊.

Hello, Matsuchiyo-san!
Please enjoy this Hato Masamune, which is not the traditional fresh sake with a gorgeous fruity taste, but rather a calm sweet sake that is typical of Aomori!
I'm looking forward to your post!
